Abstract

Early visual field change in glaucoma have been considered as a spot-like scotoma in the Bjerrum area since the report of Aulhorn & Harms (1967). The author performed ‘Pupillographic Perimetry’ on very early glaucoma cases where no abnormalities were found in kinetic visual field or static visual field measurements and obtained findings which matched spot-like scotoma as was reported previously (Aoyama, 1977).
