Abstract
Double tutors system is a new cultured mode for the innovation and practicality of postgraduates. The purpose of this paper is started with the introduction of the education of postgraduates majoring in basic medical science (BMS), comprehensively introduces the advantages, management and evaluation of double tutors system for medical postgraduates, explores the role and significance of the double tutors model in medical postgraduate education, and seeks a new way to improve the quality of postgraduate education to meet the needs posed by the expansion of enrollment.
