Abstract
Chemometrics – the science of extracting information from chemical systems using multivariate and mathematics methods – when applied to geochemical and human health data can reveal unique relations. As a tutorial for chemometric analysis of geochemical data and linked medical data, this chapter presents a brief survey of approaches that can be used to reveal new insights into the interdependencies of geochemistry and human health.

Acknowledgements
I would like to thank all of my chemometrics students, past and present, for listening to me babble on about this stuff. Also I thank L. T. and C. M. for providing data for this chapter. I also thank “OnTheHub” for providing access, at an affordable price, to various and sundry statistical software packages.
