Samenvatting
De ‘handen aan het bed’ kunnen zich niet meer aan het gevoel onttrekken dat zij slachtoffer zijn geworden van de tijd. De hectiek op de werkvloer laat een systeemwereld toe en verdringt daarmee de leefwereld: de wereld waar het gaat om compassie, empathie en menselijk contact. Naast alle therapeutische mogelijkheden en medische technologie in de wereld van de gezondheidszorg, waar het geheim ligt in ‘zorgen voor’. Om ons niet te verliezen in deze complexiteit, maar te blijven sturen op de essentie waar het in de zorg om moet gaan, zullen we een andere werkelijkheid moeten creëren waarmee je kunt resoneren: de toekomst. Dit is het onderwerp van dit hoofdstuk.
