Abstract
Advanced-Planning-Systeme sind entscheidungsunterstützende Systeme zur Planung und Steuerung der Material- und Informationsflüsse in Wertschöpfungsnetzwerken. Um der Größe und der Komplexität der bei industriellen Anwendungen zu lösenden Planungsprobleme Rechnung zu tragen, wird auf das Prinzip der hierarchischen Planung zurückgegriffen. So erfolgt beispielsweise die operative Planung der Produktion durch eine Losgrößen- bzw. Mengenplanung und eine anschließende Ablaufplanung. In unserem Beitrag untersuchen wir anhand einer Fallstudie aus der Prozessindustrie, wie sich diese Zerlegung auf eine zweistufige Produktion mit kontinuierlichen Materialflüssen, kapazitiv begrenzten Zwischenlagern und Umrüstvorgängen bei Produktwechseln anwenden lässt. Hierzu entwickeln wir geeignete Verfahren zur Mengen- und zur Ablaufplanung, deren prinzipielles Vorgehen sich an den in Advanced-Planning-Systemen implementierten Verfahren orientiert.
