Abstract

Advanced-Planning-Systeme stellen u.a. Verfahren zur operativen Planung der Produktion bereit. Eine der Herausforderungen bei der Entwicklung solcher Verfahren liegt in der Vielzahl der in der Praxis zu beachtenden technologischen und ablauforganisatorischen Restriktionen. Im vorliegenden Beitrag erläutern wir solche Restriktionen exemplarisch an Hand einer Fallstudie aus der Konsumgüterindustrie und stellen ein entsprechendes Planungsverfahren vor.
