Abstract
Stereotactic methods are more and more widely used in the management of intracranial tumours. As at our 4th Meeting in Paris a full day has been devoted to both diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of tumour stereotaxis. Significant progress achieved in the past four years will be commented here.
