Zusammenfassung
Dieser Beitrag zeigt einen praktisch-normativen Weg zur Entwicklung einer strategischen Planungs-Konzeption für eine nationale oder regionale Tourismusorganisation. Verschiedene Ansätze von Portfoliotechniken werden dazu als Planungsinstrumente eingesetzt. Im Mittelpunkt steht die Gestaltung eines sachlich und zeitlich miteinander verbundenen Portfoliosystems, welches die Strategienkonzeption und Erfolgskontrolle für Tourismusmanager erleichtern soll. Praktische Einsatzmöglichkeiten werden durch einfache Anwendungsbeispiele dargestellt.
