Zusammenfassung

Im folgenden wird das System der Sicherung bei altersbedingter Pflegebedürftigkeit im Vereinigten Königreich dargestellt. Dies betrifft Menschen, deren Pflegebedürftigkeit nach dem 65. Lebensjahr aufgetreten ist. Auf eine Darstellung der Leistungen bei Pflegebedürftigkeit, die während des erwerbsfähigen Alters entstanden ist, wird verzichtet, ebenso wie auf Pflegebedürftigkeit als Folge des Militärdienstes oder des Zweiten Weltkrieges.
