Zusammenfassung
Dieses Kapitel beschreibt unterschiedliche gesellschaftliche Auswirkungen des Klimawandels in China. Es geht dabei unter anderem auf die Vulnerabilität verschiedener Bevölkerungsgruppen sowie die durch die Folgen des Klimawandels einhergehende Bevölkerungsgesundheit ein. Darüber hinaus steht die Transformation von Lebensgrundlagen und Lebensstilen im Vordergrund. Das Kapitel stellt zudem Maßnahmen dar, die seitens der VR China ergriffen wurden, um den Herausforderungen des Klimawandels unter den beleuchteten Aspekten zu begegnen.
