Zusammenfassung
Hypnose und Achtsamkeit verbindet die Intention, Bewusstseinszustände bzw. Bodymind-States zu verändern, um Leiden zu lindern; beide nutzen dazu die Lenkung der Aufmerksamkeit. In anderen Dimensionen ergänzen sie einander: Hypnose utilisiert innere Reisen in Vergangenheit und Zukunft; Achtsamkeit fokussiert auf die Gegenwart. Hypnose verändert die Erfahrung selbst, Achtsamkeit die Haltung ihr gegenüber. Achtsamkeit dekonstruiert die Wahrnehmung, fördert Einsichten und hilft, aus dem Autopilotenmodus auszusteigen. Hypnose utilisiert Unwillkürliches und automatisiert Zieldienliches. Achtsamkeitspraxis kultiviert über ein teilhabendes, disidentifiziertes Beobachten, Akzeptanz und Gleichmut, Selbstmitgefühl und Verbundenheit. Autosuggestive Elemente und posthypnotische Aufgaben unterstützen die Achtsamkeitspraxis. Die durch den Hypnotherapeuten verkörperte Achtsamkeit fördert den Rapport und prägt auf heilsame Weise die therapeutische Allianz und die Anwendung seiner „Tools“.
