Zusammenfassung

In den vergangenen Jahren hat sich die Bildgebung in der lymphologischen Diagnostik jedoch rasant entwickelt. Insbesondere die MR-Lymphangiographie ermöglicht hochauflösende und dynamische Analyse von Struktur und Funktion des kompletten drainierenden Lymphgefäßsystems inkl. regionärer Lymphknoten. Das sind zwei bemerkenswerte Stärken, die sich ganz sicher bei der Visualisierung dysontogenetischer Malformationen voll entfalten. Von den traditionellen Bildgebungsmodalitäten wird die direkte Röntgen-Lymphangiografie (mit öligem Kontrastmittel) für spezifische Situationen in der Diagnostik und Therapie z. B. von Lymphleckagen eingesetzt.
