Zusammenfassung
Die Kinderurologie umfasst ein großes Spektrum an Diagnosen. Neben der Diagnose und Behandlung wichtiger angeborener Fehlbildungen der ableitenden Harnwege (Harntransportstörung, vesikoureteraler Reflux) und des Penis (Phimose, Hypospadie, „buried penis“) werden in diesem Kapitel auch die aktuellen Leitlinien zum Hodenhochstand und der Enuresis vorgestellt. Darüber hinaus helfen praktische Empfehlungen zum akuten Skrotum, zur Paraphimose und zum akuten Harnverhalt bei der Erstversorgung dieser Patienten.
