Zusammenfassung
Armmuster sind mehrdimensionale Bewegungen, die spiralförmig in Rumpfdiagonalen verlaufen können. In diesem Kapitel werden die unterschiedlichen Bewegungsdialogen von Armen, Schulter, Handgelenk und Hand beschrieben.

Die Rumpfmuskulatur wird bei Durchführung der bilateralen Armpatterns nur im Sinne der Stabilisation aktiviert. Die in 7 Kap. 4 beschriebene Bewegungsplanung sorgt dafür, dass die Rumpfstabilisation vor der eigentlich ausgeführten Armbewegung aktiviert wird.
