Zusammenfassung
In seiner flüssigen Form ist Wasser für den Menschen das wichtigste Lebensmittel und gleichzeitig die Grundlage von Hygiene und Gesundheitsvorsorge, es ist Energieträger und Produktionsfaktor in Landwirtschaft, Industrie und Bergbau. Sein Wert als wichtigstes Schutzgut in der Umwelt wird vor allem dort deutlich, wo es nicht in genügender Menge oder Qualität zur Verfügung steht.
