In unserer „silbernen“ Gesellschaft steigt die Zahl der – stationär versorgten – Pflegebedürftigen und damit die der Krankenhausaufenthalte. Für Pflegeheimbewohner bedeutet die Krankenhauseinweisung oft ein Risiko. Kann der Einsatz von Telemedizin Pflegeheim-sensitive Krankenhauseinweisungen vorbeugen?
