Zusammenfassung
Dieser Beitrag wirft einen Blick auf die internen Abläufe bei Fridays for Future in Deutschland. Die Grundlage bildet ein Citizen Science Projekt, bei dem einige Aktivist:innen der Bewegung als Mitforschende den Forschungsprozess mitgestalten und prägen. Der Beitrag fokussiert die Frage, wie Entscheidungen bei FfF gefällt werden. Es wird analysiert, wie Entscheidungsprozesse vorbereitet, moderiert und abgeschlossen werden. Ebenso wird diskutiert, welche Rolle bestimmte Einflussfaktoren spielen und wie FfF mit den Herausforderungen einer wachsenden Organisation im Hinblick auf die Entscheidungsfindung umgehen. In diesem Zuge werden Befunde aus Beobachtungen, Interviews und einer Online-Studie vorgestellt, die in Zusammenarbeit mit den Mitforschenden erhoben und ausgewertet wurden.
