Zusamenfassung
Dieser Beitrag beschreibt die wesentlichen strukturellen und personellen Komponenten, die zu Dysfunktionalitäten im Team und zu gesundheitlichen Beeinträchtigungen ihrer Teammitglieder führen können. Krankmachende Symptome wie fehlende Gruppenkohäsion, ausbleibende soziale Unterstützung oder nicht konstruktiver Umgang mit Diversität führen ebenso wie mangelnde psychologische Sicherheit zu Teams, die nicht ihre Leistung erbringen oder sogar einzelne Teammitglieder oder das gesamte Team krank machen können. Die Vielzahl möglicher Risikofaktoren werden theoretisch erläutert und mit praktischen Handlungsempfehlungen zur Förderung der Teamgesundheit abgeschlossen.
