Zusammenfassung
Dieser Beitrag befasst sich mit der Entstehung von Stress am Arbeitsplatz, der durch verschiedenste Stressoren im Arbeitsalltag hervorgerufen werden kann. Zudem wird die zentrale Rolle von Fach- und Führungspersonen im Umgang mit Stressoren thematisiert und wichtige Stressoren in den verschiedenen Hierarchiestufen (oberes, mittleres und unteres Management) aufgezeigt. Zudem werden mögliche Auswirkungen von Stressoren auf die Gesundheit und Zufriedenheit diskutiert. Abschließend befasst sich der Beitrag mit möglichen Erhebungsmethoden von arbeitsbedingtem Stress und wie Stressoren im Arbeitsalltag identifiziert und effektiv reduziert werden können.
