Zusammenfassung
Führungskräfte können auf verschiedenen Wegen Einfluss auf das Wohlbefinden und die Resilienz ihrer Mitarbeitenden ausüben. In diesem Beitrag wird beleuchtet, inwiefern eine direkte Beeinflussung stattfinden kann und wie die Gestaltung der Arbeitsbedingungen sich indirekt positiv auf Wohlbefinden und Resilienz der Mitarbeitenden auswirkt. Darüber hinaus wird dargestellt, wie Führungskräfte auch die individuellen Ressourcen von Mitarbeitenden stärken können, welche Rolle das Klima im Team und der Organisation spielt und inwiefern Führungskräfte ein Vorbild im Themenbereich Gesundheit und Resilienz darstellen können. Zuletzt wird ein Blick auf die Führungskräfte selbst geworfen und der Frage nachgegangen, was Führungskräfte selbst brauchen, um konstruktives und resilienzförderliches Führungsverhalten zeigen zu können.
