Zusammenfassung
Erholung ist eine wichtige Ressource durch die beeinträchtigende Beanspruchungsfolgen der Arbeit abgebaut werden und trägt nachweislich zum Erhalt der Mitarbeitergesundheit und Mitarbeitermotivation bei. In diesem Beitrag werden zunächst theoretische Ansätze zum Wechselspiel zwischen Arbeit und Erholung skizziert. Danach werden Studienergebnisse präsentiert, die aufzeigen anhand welcher mitarbeiter-, arbeits- und führungsbezogener sowie organisationaler Ansatzstellen sich die Erholung der Beschäftigten verbessern lässt.
