Zusammenfassung
Der Beitrag untersucht, welche Bedeutung Selbstbilder im Sinne des Mindset-Begriffs der amerikanischen Psychologin Carol Dweck in Unternehmen haben. Dabei liegt speziell auch die Resilienz von Personen, Gruppen und Organisationen im Blick. Konkret geht es um die Fragen, a) was Mindsets sind und wie sie wirken, b) wie sich unterschiedliche Selbstbilder in Unternehmen auswirken und c) wie ein dynamisches Selbstbild in diesen Organisationen gestärkt werden kann. Der Text stellt eine Verbindung zur Forschung über Selbstwirksamkeit her, thematisiert den Zusammenhang beider Überzeugungen und geht auf ihre Bedeutung für die personale und organisationale Resilienz ein. Abschließend werden verschiedene Möglichkeiten genannt, Selbstwirksamkeit und dynamische Denkweise im Unternehmen zu fördern.
