Zusammenfassung
Maßgeblich für eine gelungene Conversational User Experience ist nicht nur der erfolgreiche Abschluss einer Konversation, sondern die Effizienz und Adäquatheit der Kommunikation des Chatbots in jedem Schritt. Die Prompts des Chatbots sind dabei passend zum Medium Chat, zur Persönlichkeit des Chatbots sowie zu Kontext zu Zielgruppen zu formulieren. Eine tendenziell informelle, persönliche Sprache und Personalisierung des Dialogs sorgen für eine stärkere soziale Präsenz des Chatbots und erhöhen das Vertrauen in den Dialog und die Technologie. Mit passenden Gesprächsstrategien wie Erwartungsmanagement, explizite Vorgaben wie Quick Replies und Rich Responses, implizite Vorgaben in gezielt platzierten Formulierungen, Nudging und Fragetechniken wird die Fähigkeit des Chatbots, einen Dialog zum Ziel zu führen, deutlich verbessert. Das Erstellen eines Drehbuchs hat sich im Chatbot-Copywriting bewährt; unterstützende Techniken sind das freie Dialogschreiben und das Texten im Ablaufdiagramm. Ausgefeilte Texte für die Prompts unterstützen auch korrekte die Verarbeitung von Entities und helfen, die Intent-Klassifizierung und Entity-Verarbeitung noch weiter auszudifferenzieren. Im Rahmen des Copywriting werden auch Nebenpfade wie Hilfe, Reaktionen auf Dank und Verabschiedung oder verbale Übergriffe wie Beschimpfungen und Anmache sowie Anbieterkennung und womöglich einige „Ostereier“ formuliert, und, wo notwendig und zielführend, die Smalltalk-Fähigkeiten des Chatbots ausgebaut.
