Abstract
This chapter analyzes the development status of the rural surplus labor transfer and the urbanization dynamic mechanism, based on the theory of urbanization, labor transfer and industrial agglomeration correlation analysis. Shanxi Province is taken as a case study. The interaction and mutual tolerance development are explored in order to make suggestions for the transfer of rural labor and for the harmonious development of the population urbanization policy for the region.
