Zusammenfassung
Im Kontext der alternativen Streitbeilegung (Alternative Dispute Resolution, ADR) dominiert ein Verständnis von Mediation, wonach die Mediationspartei unparteilich bzw. ‚allparteilich‘ zu sein hat und die Verfahrensverantwortung übernimmt, während die Inhaltsverantwortung bei den Konfliktparteien verbleibt und wonach die Konfliktparteien von ersterer in einem freiwilligen und ergebnisoffenen Prozess bei der Suche nach interessengerechten Lösungen unterstützt werden.
