Abstract
The following chapter will provide an overview of the relevant literature. It is divided into two parts: The first part aims to achieve a sound understanding of the Bangladeshi RMG sector and labor unrest. The second part serves to identify basic concepts of internal corporate communication, focusing on practical aspects, tools and instruments in order to guide the development as well as the analysis of the internal communication model.
