Zusammenfassung
Das wachsende Feld des organisationsinternen Coachings wird mit Blick auf das Spannungsfeld zwischen Anpassungserwartungen einer Organisation und der „freien“ Profession der Coaches reflektiert. Die Stärken eines organisationsinternen Angebots werden differenziert dargestellt. Entsprechende konzeptionelle Aspekte werden benannt. Schließlich werden beispielhaft fünf Designvarianten des internen Coachingansatzes beschrieben.
