Kontrolltheorien – Die Sehnsucht der Kunden nach Kontrolle

Zusammenfassung

Personen wollen ihr eigenes Tun und dessen Konsequenzen auf die Umwelt selber kontrollieren. Sie haben ein Bedürfnis nach Kontrolle (Kontrollmotivation). Das bezieht sich auf ihr Tun, ihre Umwelt und sie selbst (Selbstkontrolle). Die Wahrnehmung von Kontrolle führt zu Gefühlen eigener Kompetenz und Selbstschätzung. Das Bewusstsein dieser Wahrnehmung nennen wir Kontrollüberzeugung, seine Überschätzung nennen wir Illusion von Kontrolle. Das Wohlbefinden wird durch den Verlust von Kontrolle negativ beeinflusst.
