Zusammenfassung

Aus klinischen Untersuchungen ist lange bekannt, daß Digoxin bei nierengesunden Patienten eine Abklingquote (gemessen am Wirkverlust des Glykosids am Herzen) von um 20% aufweist [5, 8]. Für die halbsynthetischen Digoxinderivate war prinzipiell ein gleicher Zahlenwert bestimmt worden [4, 9, 10].
