Abstract

To create a meaningful interaction structure a CAI program in Business Administration can be designed with the help of a Systematic Problem Approach consisting of seven stages. Using the method of goal analysis a study problem can be transformed by backward reasoning. Concepts revealed can be considered to be epitomes to discover procedures connecting lower level concepts. Step by step concepts can be arranged in such a way that an inventory of (sub)procedures is made. These steps can be presented in a tree analysis. This diagram offers the possibility for creating both a heuristic and an algorithmic interaction structure with students.
