Zusammenfassung
Wir untersuchen hier, im Gegensatz zu den beiden letzten Kapiteln, Störprobleme mit kleinen Parametern, deren Nullsetzung nicht die Ordnung der DGL ändert. Variiert jedoch die unabhängige Variable innerhalb eines großen Intervalls, dann kumuliert der Einfluß der entsprechenden Störglieder und diese Glieder können das Verhalten der Lösungen entscheidend verändern. So kann z.B. der Einfluß einer schwachen Dämpfung während eines Zeitraumes von vielen Perioden einer Schwingung zu einer nicht vernachlässigbaren Reduktion der Schwingungsamplitude führen.
