Untersuchungen zu schlafbezogenen Atmungsstörungen (SBAS) im Hinblick auf Epidemiologie, Pathophysiologie und den Einfluß auf Morbidität und Mortalität zeigen das Bild einer großen inhomogenen Patientengruppe, die hinsichtlich Alter, Geschlecht, Begleiterkrankungen und Ausprägung der SBAS unterschiedliche klinische Beschwerden und Risikoprofile zeigt).
