Depressionskonzepte heute: Psychopathologie oder Pathopsychologie?

Zusammenfassung

Operationalisierte Klassifikationssysteme definieren die von ihnen angesprochenen Syndrome in aller Regel auf der Basis deskriptiv erfasster Symptome abnormen seelischen Erlebens und Verhaltens. Die Untersuchung der in konkurrierenden operationalisierten Klassifikationssystemen niedergelegten, in den Rang von Kriterien erhobenen und durch vorgegebene Algorithmen auf ihre Syndromdignität zu überprüfenden Symptome läßt gewisse Rückschlüsse darüber zu, welche syndromalen Konzeptionen den verschiedenen Operationalisierungen zugrunde liegen und zu welchem Kernsyndrom die hier angesprochenen Symptome konvergieren.
