Zusammenfassung
Aus anatomischer Sicht unterscheidet man intra- und extrahepatische Gallenwege. Die intrahepatischen Gallenwege gehen in den Ductus hepaticus communis über, welcher mit dem einmündenden Ductus cysticus zusammen den Ductus choledochus bildet. Im bisher genannten Gangsystem finden sich geringe Anteile glatter Muskulatur, eine Kontraktilität gibt es hier jedoch nicht [4]. Die Kinetik im Gallenwegsystem beschränkt sich somit auf die Gallenblase und auf den Gallengangssphinkter (Sphincter Oddi).
