Kapilläre Plasmakatecholamine, Herzfrequenz- und Blutdruckverhalten beim Skifliegen (WM 1985 in Planica)

Zusammenfassung

Seit Einführung einer hochempfindlichen radioenzymatischen Bestimmungsmethode kapillärer Plasmakatecholamine [2] kann kapillär der Aktivitätszustand des sympatho-adrenalen Systems verläßlicher als venös [3, 4] und erheblich weniger belastend als arteriell erfaßt werden. Nachdem Skifliegen eine große psychoemotionale Belastung darstellt, untersuchten wir die Auswirkungen dieser Sportart auf die Herzfrequenz (HF), den systolischen Blutdruck (RR syst.) und die kapillären Plasmakatecholamine (kPK).
