Zusammenfassung

Dünndarmfunktionstests prüfen Partialfunktionen des Organs. Hierzu gehören in erster Linie die absorptiven und digestiv-absorptiven Funktionen, darüber hinaus sind es Sekretion und intraluminale Leistungen. Diese Funktionen können isoliert oder „global“ gestört sein; dabei kann die Funktionsstörung mehr proximal oder überwiegend distal lokalisiert sein und auch den gesamten Dünndarm betreffen.
