Zusammenfassung
Bei dem Vorgang der Entzündung handelt es sich um ein komplexes Geschehen, bei dem morphologisch und funktionell verschiedene Faktoren zusammenwirken. Die Besprechung dieser einzelnen Parameter ist notwendig, weil sie für die verschiedenen Tests zur Prüfung extern applizierter entzündungshemmender Pharmaka verwendet werden. Da es in der Regel nur möglich ist, einen dieser Parameter bei einem Test zu erfassen, sind Rückschlüsse auf die pharmakologische Beeinflußbarkeit der Entzündung, die daraus gezogen werden, immer mit Vorsicht zu bewerten.
