Summary

Helper and suppressor T-lymphocytes were measured in seven patients with the Sézary syndrome by indirect immunofluorescence using monoclonal antibodies. A large relative increase in helper cells was found in the Sézary syndrome.

The circulating Sézary cells from three patients were all phenotypically T helper cells using immunoelectron microscopy.
