Zusammenfassung
Ulcus duodeni-Patienten zeigen gehäuft Störungen der Glucosehomöostase, vor allem im Sinne einer frühen postprandialen Hyperglykämie und einer späten postprandialen Hypoglykämie [1, 4, 5, 8]. Durch eine Magenresektion werden diese Störungen wesentlich verstärkt [5, 6, 10, 17]. Ihre Ursache ist trotz zahlreicher Untersuchungen noch weitgehend ungeklärt. Neben Veränderungen der intestinalen Hormonsekretion [3, 5, 7] wird vor allem ein kausaler Zusammenhang zur Magenentleerung vermutet [1].
