Zusammenfassung
Im Rahmen des Projektes Teach2Serve wird ein Modellierungsprozess benötigt, welcher in der Lage ist, aus Kameraaufnahmen ein planares Modell der Einsatzumgebung zu erzeugen. Diese Aufnahmen werden von dem eingesetzten, mobilen teilautonomen Fahrzeug in der Explorationsphase gemacht. Dabei wird von einer unbekannten, büroähnlichen Umgebung ausgegangen. Nach der Aufnahme werden die Bilder an einen Leitstand übersandt und dort weiter verarbeitet. Die Aufgabe der Modellerstellung besteht darin, die Bilder zueinander auszurichten und zur Deckung zu bringen. Im Anschluss können größere Teilstücke gebildet werden, welche als Textur in Form einer Tapete in ein 3D-CAD-Modell platziert werden. Die Anwendung des resultierenden, realistisch texturierten Modells besteht im Trainieren verschiedener Algorithmen. Als einen weiteren Anwendungspunkt des erzeugten Modells wird das verbesserte Verfahren der optischen Positionierung eines mobilen Roboters dargestellt.
