Zusammenfassung

Bei einem auffälligen Zervixabstrich während der Schwangerschaft ist die kolposkopische Untersuchung zum einen unverzichtbar und zum anderen besonders anspruchsvoll aufgrund der schwangerschaftsbedingten Gewebeveränderungen, welche im Folgenden dargestellt werden.
