Zusammenfassung

Zystische Pankreastumoren umfassen verschiedene Krankheitsentitäten mit unterschiedlichen klinischen, morphologischen und prognostischen Charakteristika. Sie werden aufgrund der stetig verbesserten Bildgebung und einer gesteigerten Sensitivität des Klinikers deutlich häufiger und früher diagnostiziert. Die reziproke Zunahme der Inzidenz und Abnahme der Läsionsgröße macht eine differenzierte Vorgehensweise in Diagnostik und Therapie nötig. Wichtig ist die Unterscheidung neoplastischer zystischer Läsionen von nicht-neoplastischen Zysten. Die Differentialdiagnose kann ausgesprochen schwierig sein und erfordert eine genaue Anamnese, teils komplementäre Bildgebungsmodalitäten sowie laborchemische und zytologische Analysen des Punktionsmaterials. Die häufigste zystische Neoplasie ist inzwischen die intraduktale papillär-muzinöse Neoplasie (IPMN), gefolgt von serös-zystischen Adenomen (SCN) und muzinös-zystischen Neoplasien (MCN). Deutlich seltener sind solid-pseudopapilläre Neoplasien (SPN).
