Zusammenfassung

Die Implantation als erfolgreicher Beginn einer sich etablierenden Schwangerschaft stellt das Ergebnis eines durch zahlreiche Faktoren von Embryo und Endometrium beeinflussten Zusammenspiels dar. Dabei lässt sich im Einzelnen oft nicht eruieren, was Ursache der wiederholt ausbleibenden Einnistung ist und ab wann Krankheitswert vorliegt.
