Akuter aktiver Extensionsverlust im Kniegelenk bei insertionsnaher vollständiger Ruptur der Quadrizepssehne; Gehunfähigkeit bei aufgehobener aktiver Streckfunktion im Kniegelenk (Begleitläsion der parapatellären Retinakula = Reservestreckapparat). Partielle ansatznahe Quadrizepssehnenruptur bei erhaltenem Reservestreckapparat, begleitet von subjektiv unsicherem Gangbild mit Einknicken im Kniegelenk und/oder hohem funktionellen bzw. sportlichen Anspruch.
