Abstract

This paper discusses how to apply the mobile technologies to the land law enforcement and supervision business, to build a “sky view, ground search, and online management” inspection mechanism. After analyzing the traditional way, the new land law enforcement and supervision method is put forward to achieve the digitization, standardization, and spatial visualization of land law enforcement, and improve land resource management. The physical framework and functional design are discussed in detail. The system has been used in Bureau of Land Resources Fenghua for land resource management, and gotten good result. So the requirements of scientifically manage the land resource and establish e-government are completed met.
