Zusammenfassung
Frank Polster war mit 95 kg bei 173 cm Körpergröße etwas übergewichtig, und das wusste er auch. Er war jetzt 46 Jahre alt und nahm einen βBlocker zur Kontrolle des Blutdrucks ein. Sein Hausarzt meinte, dass der erhöhte Blutdruck auf seinen Beruf und »seine paar Kilo zuviel auf den Rippen« zurückzuführen war – so drückte sich Frank Polster zumindest selbst aus: Als selbstständiger Bauunternehmer kannte er Termindruck als sein täglich Brot.
