Zusammenfassung

Lymphome des Magens sind definiert als Lymphome, die vom Magen oder direkt benachbarten regionären Lymphknoten ausgehen. Lymphome werden als primäre Magenlymphome bezeichnet, wenn die Haupttumormasse im Magen lokalisiert ist (Isaacson et al. 2001). Die Mehrzahl der Magenlymphome sind hochmaligne B-Zell-Lymphome, von denen wiederum ein Großteil durch Progression von niedrigmalignen Lymphomen des mukosaassoziierten lymphatischen Systems (MALT) entsteht. Die niedrigmalignen Lymphome sind meistens B-Zell-Lymphome vom MALT-Typ. Weitere Lymphomentitäten sind Mantelzell-, Burkitt-und T-Zell-Lymphome.
