Zusammenfassung

Die Diagnostik an der Wirbelsäule besteht neben der Anamneseerhebung aus der körperlichen einschließlich einer neuroorthopädischen Untersuchung. Hierdurch kann eine sichere Diagnosestellung erfolgen. Zur differenzialdiagnostischen Abklärung sind häufig eine ergänzende laborchemische und apparative Funktionsdiagnostik sowie bildgebende Verfahren notwendig.
