Zusammenfassung
Motorische Ersatzoperationen ermöglichen eine teilweise, bisweilen auch fast vollständige, Wiederherstellung ausgefallener Muskelfunktionen, die durch direkte Verletzungen von Muskeln, Nerven oder infolge von Krankheiten (Apoplex, Polio, Lepra usw.) verloren gegangen sind. Mit ihrer Hilfe können auch Funktionen von Muskeln, die durch Wiederherstellung der Nerven nur teilweise oder abgeschwächt wieder gekommen sind, ersetzt oder verstärkt werden.
