Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel werden viele wichtige aber in ihrer Ätiologie und Pathogenese oft unklare reaktive Lymphknotenveränderungen und -hyperplasien diskutiert. Dazu zählen die Kikuchi Lymphadenitis, die hyperergischen und medikamenten-assoziierten Lymphadenopathien, die Lymphadenopathien bei Autoimmunerkrankungen, die Sarkoidose und weitere granulomatöse Lymphadenopathien, die verschiedenen Formen der IgG 4- assoziierten Lymphadenopathie, das Rosai-Dorfman Syndrom, Vaskulitiden des Lymphknotens und die dermatopathische Lymphadenitis. Die diagnostischen Befunde sind reich in Bilddokumenten dargestellt und der diagnostische Zugang wird ausführlich diskutiert.
